Ultra Spice Race
The Ultra Spice Race has 1200 km & 1750 km race distances with option of solo and team, all starting and finishing in Bogmalo, Goa. Relay is RAAM style and Solo supported Races of both distances are RAAM Qualifiers, ie Solo racers who finish within stipulated time will qualify for The Race Across America. Racers in these categories must read rules for minimum mandatory requirements of Support Vehicle and Crew.
One may also race Solo in SELF SUPPORTED Category (ie without crew support) which is not a RAAM Qualifier. Briefly this race format is a Stage Race, Bike Packing style but with Drop Bags and night halt provided.
The Great Himalayan Ultra
The Great Himalayan Ultra Race is the World’s highest Ultracycle race. A 600km road race starting and finishing in Leh, Ladakh. Comprising solo and relay team categories, all racers in all categories must have a support vehicle and crew. Solo is a RAAM Qualifier for racers, finishing within the cut-off will qualify for The Race Across America. The Relay team category is RAAM style. There is also a 444KM Solo Self Supported Race Category.
In the 4th Edition 2022, a 900 KM Extreme version will beintroduced to include Tangang La and Morey Plains.

THE DECCAN CLIFFHANGER
he Deccan Cliffhanger is India’s signature Ultracycle Race! It starts on the Deccan Plateau, goes over the Sahyadri mountains and drops through dense forests covered cliffs to finish on the coastline in Goa. A 643 Km (400 Mile) Ultra Cycling Race from Pune to Goa, comprising solo and relay team categories. The Relay event is RAAM style, and the Solo Race is a Race Across America Qualifier. All racers in all categories must have a support vehicle and crew.

Shivalik Signature
After the astounding success of the first two editions, Shivalik Signature is back with great gusto and new energy with Shivalik Signature Edition III. The third edition of Shivalik Signature, a non stop 615-kilometer Ultra Cycling Race Event is going to be held in Una Himachal Pradesh and traversing through many towns, villages and cities of the beautiful state of Punjab. The Shivalik Signature Edition III Apart form being a thrilling experience for pedal pushers from across the country, is also the chance for the cycling enthusiasts to take the road less travelled and explore the glory of Punjab in all its vibrancy, colour and beauty. Through the fields beside the canals, the quaint villages, architecturally stunning, culturally and historically rich old towns and cyclists will get a closer look at a state which is replete with so many stories of courage, velour, love, hope where warriors and saints joined hands to make their place of birth pulsate with life. The Shivalik Signature is a chance for the riders to get up-close and personal with the many unseen and unheard dimensions and facets of Himachal Pradesh & Punjab, experience the warmth and hospitality of its people, taste its famous cuisine and soak in it essence and rootedness. A non-stop and unique event, Shivalik Signature gives riders an opportunity to test their abilities with the support of a crew and also provides and option to ride as a team, as the event has both solo and relay team categories. Solo riders will spend upto 30 to 32 hours on their bike, while the team event riders taking turns to participate, as in a relay format. The Solo race is RAAM Qualifier{RQ} and team event is RAAM style event. Solo racers finishing within a cut of time frame for the RAAM QUALIFIER will receive and RQ finisher medal and will be eligible to ride in the worlds toughest bicycle race- Race Across America.
Tour of Nilgiris
13 Years. 700+ riders. 100+ Volunteers. 11000+ KMS and tons of smiles. The family of TFN over the years has hosted riders across India. From east to west, north to south, everyone has experienced the tea and vadai for 7 days of Tour of Nilgiris. The cycling tour over the years has lighted up not just riders but also smiles on the faces of local people. Bangalore, Mysore, Kushalnagar, Gokarna, Bandipur, Masinagudi, Ooty, Kothagiri, Coonoor and many others have been part of the previous tours. With several types of terrain ranging from rolling climbs to all out flats to the Gates of Mounts of Kalhatti, expect Tour of Nilgiris to be an exhilarating experience for you.
Mumbai-Pune Cycle Race
A race with history. The Mumbai-Pune race finds its origins way back in 1946, when the race was 200 km long. Now the route is shorter but no less competitive. There were years when the race wasn’t organised and fell out of favour. But now it is back and attracts some of the best in the country, including from the government sports divisions. Nandi Epic
The Nandi Epic is the feather in the cap of the Bangalore Bicycle Championships (BBCh) annual season. It is roughly a 100 km ride with the end climbing up the 7 km 5% Nandi Hill on the outskirts of Bangalore. This race attracts some of the best climbers and if you consider yourself one, it is a must-do to see where you stand against the best. BBCh organises both MTB and Road races every month throughout the year.
MVS Cycling Carnival
A race held in Coimbatore at the Kari race track. This is criterium style racing at a purpose built track. This track usually sees automobile racing and it is fantastic that the folks of Coimbatore decided to take bicycle racing there as well.
Tour of Glory
Tour of Glory is India's first multi-stage Road cycling race in its second year. It is a Four day Four stage event where every cyclist has to finish all Four stages to complete the event. The race is open for all elite and amateur cyclists from India and abroad from age 16-80years. As of now, we can only accommodate only 60 riders for this event and participants has to have racing experience (either in elite or amateur category)
Ahmedabad cyclothon
One of the few events organised in this part of India. The Ahmedabad Cyclothon has been on since 2013. It is a 2-day event with both racing and casual rides for leisure cyclists. Racing comprises of a 100 km, 50 km and ITT race
Champions Sportive
The Champions Sportive are multiple races held in 9 different cities around the country for the last couple of years. The cities covered under this are Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Kochi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai. The season finale is held in Goa, where the best from various cities compete with each other!
Masters Championship
The Masters Championship was an idea to bring out the competition in middle-aged cyclists. The age categories start from 35 and goes up to, well till whatever age anyone wants to race! Like many other races, Bangalore has taken the initiative to be the path-breakers
MTB CYCLE RACE
MTB Himalaya
Kicking off from Shimla, this eight-day stage race is one of the toughest as it runs through the Himalayan Mountains, often across the state of Himachal Pradesh.MTB Himalaya is the best XC MTB race this country has to offer. It is the toughest in the country by far and sees participation from experienced riders from around the globe. The race has been conducted every year since 2005 and is generally in October in Himachal Pradesh. It is a 9 day race covering approximately 650 km
MTB Shimla
This is a two-day event organised around the hills of Shimla. MTB Shimla is organised by the same Hastpa team who do the MTB Himalaya. This is a smaller, shorter and relatively easier race. It is a good introduction to mountain biking for the ardent amateur racer. It is in April and is an appetiser for the main race!
Bangalore Mountain Festival
This has one of the most technical courses in the country and is superbly organized. It is conducted on the outskirts of Bengaluru and features cross-country Olympic and downhill events.The Bangalore Mountain Festival is trail fun for mountain bikers as well as for trail runners. Its held in January and includes a 35 km XC race. It is located on the outskirts of Bangalore.
Aravalli Trail Hunters
This race is conducted in the outskirts of Gurugram, on rocky trails of the Aravali Mountains amid dense keekar trees.Aravalli Trail hunters in a Delhi based community MTB race club. They conduct monthly races. But their season finale held in December is the race to look out for. Some of the top MTB talent participates in the finale from around the country.
MTB Kerela
It is India’s first-ever UCI Class 2 event. This event gets a lot of international participation from countries like Azerbaijan, Canada, Germany, Iran, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand, Uzbekistan etc. The MTB Kerala race has had 5 editions already. The race is usually in December. The two day event is located in the Western Ghats. It is raced by top riders..
Kohima Downhill Race
The Kohima Downhill race is part of the Hornbill Mountain Festival in Nagaland. Native Station organises the race in Viswema village. This race is in December.
MTB Meghalaya
Organized by Walk to Himalayas, The MTB Meghalaya Challenge will be held from October 11th to 14th this year, in the Khasi region of Meghalaya. This competition will comprise of a challenging 148 kilometre trail, completed over two days. The main features of the ride include a spectacular off road trail, a single-track with great flow and fast terrain, and plenty jumps. All of this at a challenging 6500 ft above sea-level, in a rustic part of the Himalayas.
Ladakh MTB Festival
This is an MTB festival conducted at Disko Valley Bike Park which includes a pump track challenge and a downhill race. The 2021 edition of Ladakh MTB Festival will be conducted from 23rd to 26th July.
MTB Nainital
This is a two-day MTB race organised around Nainital.
MTB Arunchal
Held in the northeastern most state of India, Arunachal. This race is in November and has had two successful iterations. The 7 day race sees riders covering 700+ km through gorgeous locales.
MTB Uttarakhand
MTB Uttarakhand has been held in the state in the month of April for the past 5 years and is a mountain biking stage race. It is a week long race organised by Uttarakhand Department of Tourism and supported by CFI. Racers from various countries participate in it.
Himalayan Mountain Bike Festival
A proper festival for MTBers, with races for every category. This event has had four previous editions with participation from some of the top riders of the country. The event is in October in and around the mountain town of Manali. They organise a XC, Enduro and Downhill race on three consecutive days.
Mokokchung Mountain Bike Festival
December 2018 was the 3rd edition of Mokokchung Mountain Bike Festival. It is conducted in Mokokchung, Nagaland. And organised by the local Trail Hounds Cycling Club. It is a downhill event which sees riders from the northeast participating along with some strong downhill riders from other parts of the country as well.
MTB Polo
MTB Polo is a three day stage race covering 150 km through Polo an abandoned and ancient city in north Gujarat.
Goa International Mountain Biking Challenge
Goa plays host to the GIMBC race; which spans three days every October. This is an XC race. A technical track is built for the race. This is an attempt to bring world class MTB racing to the country.
